ref your question need code went on Google search entered the following SKY REMOTE USERS MANUAL . WHEN PDF OPENED WENT TO PAGE40 and copied this for . If your tv brand isn't listed you can try an alternative setup, this involves programming you remote to the TV's specific model code instead of brand code. 1)first you need model code for tv ,press interactive ,press down then select sky customer service select programme your remote and follow relevant options until you get to the model code for your model number, MAKE A NOTE OF THE CODE PUT IT SAFE. 2) point remote away from tv and sky HD BOX & PRESS TV BUTTON. 3) press AND HOLD SELECT AND red buttons together until red light blinks twice . 4) ENTER the code if it's a 3 digit number , press select after the model code . 5) PRESS sky to complete the setup. 6) Now check the settings , point the remote control at SKY HD box and PRESS TV then number 3 ,you should now be able to see a terrestrial channel . I f I were you down load the user manual in pdf format and save it it might come in handy .has it states in the instructions if that does not work contact customer services . sorry about first answer . hope this will get you viewing again .
