Can anyone please tell me the best tenant screening service out there? I don't want complete screening services.....just the background reports and all; and don't even want to spend a lot?

Looks like the gate was broken after the tenant moved out as most vandalism occurs to vacant property and a broken gate would surely have been seen by anyone entering the property. No way to win this one. They did the inspections and recorded the findings.

Report him to the manager and tell him what transpired.

OK -- Have you spoke with anyone at your local dealers PARTS DEPARTMENT (possibly at the service department also) - as in: Is this part one of the "weak links" which always goes bad on this year/ make/ model? (i.e. also -- were you able to test the part prior to pressing it into service? Did you fully clean and inspect the new used part?

If so, please re-post - perhaps some more details of the background of what happened prior to replacement?

• Lastly, fixing one problem can very easily reveal a problem with something that you might consider unrelated. If that happens, you might want to view me as being incompetent.


Please don't even think about trying to disarm your anti-theft system because there is an easier solution. I'm assuming that you don't have the full Shop Service Manual. If you do, then you know that a shop manual costs at least $100.

So why did I say: Don't even think about it? Your anti-theft device is capable of causing problems that you don't want to deal with. If you have the dealer do the job, the cost can be prohibitive. The anti-theft device tells the on-board computer to shut off the fuel flow and to disengage the starter circuitry.

SOLUTION: Go on eBay and buy an anti-theft bypass module for $10-$20 depending on the year and make of your vehicle.
