How do i fix the error code 6000 in kyocera 3060?

00:TEMPERATURE OF FUSER UNIT HIGH,THERMISTOR CONTROL BOARD FAILING



Did you replace the thermistor? check the thermofuse also for continuity

SOURCE: Kyocera FS-1920 error message: "call service 6400:0295998"

Your drum unit is not seated correctly. Look inside for a bent drum ground clip.

Error 6000: is a fuser error 0115785 is your page count. You require a replacement fuser

This C6000 error code is triggered by a few things all having to do with the fixing heater wire. Ask your technician to check the thermistor, the thermal cutout and the connection between the thermistor and the power supply board. My guess would be that the power surge overloaded the power supply board. This is not something that can be reset and may require new parts.
The manuals that describe the error codes are only available to Kyocera technicians, sorry.

Hi,
dispite the error, you should be able to enter the service mode.
Procedure for service mode is:
- press * ( additional functions - user mode )
- press 2
- press 8
- press * ( additional functions - user mode )

Then choose COPIER, then under FUNCTION screen is CLEAR.

But you only can try to clear the error like E000, E001, E002 and E003.

Wich error code is apearing on display?
