Picture is blurry on monitor whitish fog all over. please assist

For beat picture, the PC video resolution should be set to 1280 x 1024 @60Hz, please try setting out.

Please verify that you are running your PC video card with native resolution of this monitor, 1680x1050 @60Hz for best picture for this monitor.
Unless you may have problem inside the monitor or the video card itself, so try this monitor on another PC also.

Try playing with the settings on the "secret menu".
To access the secret menu turn of the monitor, and press:
info -> menu -> mute -> power on

With the back off and if you can get a small mirror above the blue and the green tube, look at the picture coming out of the tube. If it looks like you're looking through fog then you probably have contaminated coolant. Compare them to the red tube for reference because the red one is very seldom affected.

If contaminated, the fluid will have to be changed and the chamber cleaned out by someone that knows what they are doing.

Be careful reaching in there. Wear gloves to help protect your hands.

My Sony cam was woring fine but suddenly it started giving an error E91:01 which is continuously flashing

try to adj picture settings.

you might to check that the phone has not been exposed to water fr a long time, also inspect if the camera lens is cracked or fogged up

Sounds like a problem with the graphics card or on board video. Please state which one you have and type. The last option is a bad monitor. Try Degaussing it first on the monitors menu selections.
