When I raise the volume on my Pyle PTA44BT amplifier the speakers sound statically, broken up..

If it stays distorted eith the speaker or the amplifier is at fault. If it only does it when adjusting the volume, it is probably the vol control at fault.

I don't know how to install my logictech Z523 speakers; they are hooked up but no sound and not installed; computer doesn't recognize them and my fiance threw out the instructions so I don't know how or...

Your "line in" from speakers should be plugged into the green (output) port on the back of your tower or the headphone jack on laptop. You will need to hook the 9 pin connector from the right speaker to the subwoofer. The yellow line from left speaker plugs into port labled "subwoofer" on subwoofer. Plug your power cord from speaker system into an outlet. Turn them on, adjust volume. There is no software for this product.

I have the volume to my speakers at full volume and I can't hear the sound very well. Any suggeations?

Could this be because the speakers are under your laptop? Propping it up might help. Or alternatively check the volume control. There is seperate volume for main volume and wav volume. Raise them both. -Ravi Shanghavi

Speaker problem

You can increase the volume of your speaker by tow ways,
1. By pressing the volume control which is on the side of your mobile.
2. Connect your headphones to your mobile, then press the volume raise button in your headphone, then remove your headphone.
I think this information will be usefull for you.

Raised volume cuts sound and gives me "overload" message

A couple of possibilities: Bad solder on power regulators (attached to main heat sink) or cooling fan may not be turning on when volume is raised.

I want my music back!

Have you tried to raise the volume by double clicking on the speaker icon on your taskbar. This will open the play control panel where you can raise the volume.

If you do not see the speaker icon, go into your control panel and chose sounds and audio devices and raise the volume from that screen.
