The reason the phone is showing the files double is because there is a virus on the phone. The virus is what is causing the files to be doubled on the phone. The first solution is for You to format Your phone using the restore factory settings option from the phone.
To do that, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the menu of Your phone,
- Select the settings,
- Scroll down to restore factory settings,
- It might prompt You for a code or sometimes it will restore without a code,
- Enter the code if You have it, it is the security code of the phone it is asking for,
- After entering the code, the phone will bring a loading page, once it finishes loading, the phone will be back to normal.
If You do not have the security code for the phone, please do not enter a wrong code, try the next way of resetting, which is to flash the phone with the best appropriate software. If You do not have the software, You can seek assistance from a friend or anyone with the software and cable.
After flashing the phone, the phone will be back to the way it was when You first bought it.
