I got a 671 from jujudeals.com and the exact same thing happened. When I talked to them, they said to first, go into clock mode. While you're in clock mode, press and hold select (SEL). Still holding select, use the Fast Forward and Reverse buttons to change the time. FF will change the hour, REV will change the minute. I had the same issue. I bought my 671 mp3 car stereo from jujudeals.com and I was having the same problem. I called them up and they said that I have to go to clock mode. When in 'Clock Mode' you have to press and hold Select (SEL) and at the same time press FF/REV to adjust time. (Fast Forward adjusts hour, Rewind adjusts minute). If your still having problems contact the Naxa Electronics warranty department. Goodluck!
