The wireless drivers are probably not installed. you can get them from here

Ones the wireless drivers are installed along with all the other drivers and utilities you can get from acer, then you can turn on the wireless with the wireless button on your laptop, now you should have wireless connectivity.
Install and update the mother board installer..
