How do I change melodies?

The melodies should change each hour on it's own. You can change the melodies manually by pressing the demo button repeatedly. If the songs don't change each hour, you might try new batteries. I'd recommend Japanese batteries like Fuji, or Toshiba. I use Varta which is a German brand battery that's equivalent to either Duracell, or Energizer, and have no problems. If you've had the clock for a number of years, or have had it hanging in direct sunlight, or near a heat source it could be in need of professional assistance, and or repair. (if possible)

Why will my clockl no longer play song or move

When was the last time it was serviced? The movement probably needs a good cleaning and/or oiling

Motions will not work but time and music does

That just happened to me, check and make sure you have the batteries in correctly for the movement part. They are both supposed to be in the same direction on my clock for the movement and I had the AA batteries in opposite of each other!
