My guess is that something has plugged the filtere trap below the tub. Depending on wht model you have you can acces the trap from the front panel or rear panel. You will need to pull the roller out and clean it. I think some of the strings are tangle up at the end of this roller. (Most rollers will come apart at the end for cleaning.) Make sure that the strings are not tangle up on the belt pulley as well. I hope this will help you.
