My Zodiac EI in line chlorinator controller reads "CONTROLER SEL". And says low salt but my chlorine levels are quite high and the unit appears to be producing chlorine over the plates.

The cell is dirty or it has failed. Clean with 4:1 water:acid mixture and then check the middle plate. If it is eroded and not as big as the other plated then the cell has failed.

I have 1 year old Jandy Zodiac ei series chlorinator that reads "output" fault The cell is clean and the back power board has been replaced. I still get the same warning. Any ideas??? Linda

Check your salt level in pool. Also make sure that the wires going in to the cell are making good connection.

Can't adjust the chlorine output level of Zodiac LM3-15

Nost often it just needs to be cleaned. Calcium build up can clean in a tub of 1 Part muratic acid to 5 parts warter. or a 2 to 1 soultion of vinigar and water, otherwise it could be faulty. Cleaning typically works.

The sheet for the chlorinator from zodia .com.au specifies a pool size range from 40000 EI compact to 70000 for EI midsize
call them on 1800-688-552 ( australia )and discuss the problems with their technical people
