I ordered Ardenne by ANthony Beever by mistake - I wanted a hard copy not a kindle copy and I have now ordered it so wish to cancel the Kindle order

I have cancelled many things on Amazon, but not a digital order. You should be able to go into your Amazon account and cancel that order. I don't know how they would even process a kindle book if you don't have a device.

You should contact whichever store you ordered it from.

Steps To Cancel Digital Order

• Go to Your Digital Orders.
• Find the accidental order you'd like to cancel.
• Select Cancel Items.
• Choose a reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu, and then click Cancel This Purchase.

If you still have any kind of issue then navigate to www kindle com support or you can also call kindle customer service number which is toll-free.
