If the good app just stops sending and receiving and you have verison, you need to make sure you have an enterprise data plan, otherwise Version will simply block the data. If it keeps asking for the pin you may need to factory reset your device. You can do this with the phone hooked up to a computer with iTunes installed on it.
try uniinstalling the software then install new software se if that works or try to download new drivers from web , ps what windows do you have xp seems to have probs with camera software or check to see if they is any conflict with camera instalation

To find out what is your computer specification go:
1.) click on Start (window button)
2.) click on Run
3.) type 'dxdiag'
4.) press Enter
5.) click on Yes if dialog appear
6.) click on Save All Information
7.) then select directory then save it.
