check color system matches . If tv uses PAL then DVD player needs to be set to PAL. If TV station uses PAL then set devices to PAL. If TV station uses NTSC set devices to NTSC for color system.

check compatibility between camera and tv. is the camera ntsc or pal system? is the tv ntsc or pal system?.

the tv and the camera need to be set at the same system, both on ntsc or both on pal. pal system is used on europe and ntsc in america and japan-.

The manual seems to indicate that the TV will automatically detect what signal type is present, so PAL should be recognized. There is, however the possibility that the "Color System" setting under the system menu may not be set to "AUTO", but NTSC. This would cause a conflict when detecting PAL input and affect picture. Check the "Color System" and either select PAL or AUTO and see if that helps.

You need to check your audio settings
1) ensure they are correct
2) ensure games are ntsc if your region is ntsc and not pal because video might revert and not audio.
3) If wma is enabled make sure you are using ntsc again and also
4) If the ps3 is using jailbreak game could be corrupt
but i would guess it could be 2 so check your tv settings properly because pal games work when ps3 is in pal mode and ntsc when ps3 is in ntsc mode with sound.

Due to the cost of the enormous circuit complexity, critics often refer to it as "Pay A Lot". Different types use different video bandwidth and audio carrier specs. Common types are B, G and H; less common types include D, I, K, N and M. The different types are generally not compatible.

I just found the way to change the setting from PAL to NTSC.

While the unit is turned off , press the EZ View button on the remote control. Press alternatively the select between the PAL or NTSC setting on the unit display. That's it.

Have you try: NTSC on PAL TV On • NTSC discs will play correctly on PAL-only TVs.
Off Use if your TV is already NTSC-compatible.

Many recent PAL TVs are compatible with NTSC input and so this setting can be switched off. Check the operating
instructions that came with your TV. See also About NTSC on PAL TV on page 124 for related information.
