How to repair speaker wire on lg head[hones - LG HBM 730 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset

The wires and the audio amplifier are not working for your speakers and it would be more cheaper and easier to buy new speakers then to try and repair the speakers that are broken.

I couldn't have saidi it better than bill although I probably would use a predator or a Holley 850 cfm double pumper with an intake change to a mid rise with a longer runner and have it extrude honed same with heads also stay with port shape example oval to oval square to square and have heads ported polished and honed

Take off the speaker grilles and remove the speaker to expose the wires and connections to the speaker.

You can picture message the pictures to your email address, that's usually the easiest way. Or, you might be able to use the cord and CD that came with the phone to plug it into your computer, install the software from the CD, and pull the pictures off, not all phones come with this though.

You should contact Kustom-kraft.com. They will repair yours. I've sent them 5 so far, and all have come back perfect. $65 for bore/hone.

lg is there in 2 speakers, first one is head speaker,another is loud speaker, the first one of speaker is out, then u change is must, i think is low rate of speaker. maximum is Rs.100.

You mean cylinder jug? You don't hone the heads, but they do have special tools for polishing the valve seats. Usually they just spin the valves with a drill motor and some grinding compound to get them to seat tight, water tight. The jugs are honed out with a big brush that looks like something a chimney sweep would use. It has polishing stones on the ends of the bristles. but, they do that after the jugs are bored, they have honing stones for crosshatching the bores, kinda smooths them out. If you don't bore out the cylinders, use one of them. Check it out.

You cast your Mark I Eyeball on the speaker wires then buy something like it at Home Depot. Lamp cord will probably suffice and it's cheap. Buy a spool of it. Then you TURN THE UNIT OFF and carefully splice in the desired length of wire (*), one conductor at a time so you don't criss-cross anything. Make sure you leave NO conductors exposed in the joints.

* They make a number of solderless splicing devices. Ask the guys at HD when you buy the wire.

Any two core light gauge wire will suffice. Any electronics supplier would be more than happy to help you.
