First of, relax. Aint gonna get anything done in "Panic" mode.
Secondly, if it was a PC or Notebook I would say F8. Since its a tablet, the options are different.
My sincere solution for this and the next virus encountered.
1) Get into your favorite search engine
2) Type
a) Tablet Brand
b) Table Model
c) Safe Mode
3) Sometimes search engine yield better results

Turn your phone off and then back on. During start up screen, press the menu button or the down volume key repeatedly until you see the screen pop up saying safe mode. That runs your phone without any third party apps. Go into system settings and then to your app manager and look for any suspicious apps. If you see one then uninstall it and restart your phone. If virus won't let you uninstall then you have to go into system settings, back up & reset, then to factory data reset. This is your only option left because the virus took over your phone and you have to set it back to factory settings. Had to do it with my phone and mine got into safe mode by pressing the menu key repeatedly during the start up screen. Took me a few tries to get it. Hope this helps.
