First off , 'remove a phone number off FB " ...Is it a phone that you put on your FB public profile as a contact for Facebook friends 7 family , or, a phone number you use as far as securing your account in case you have a problem with your acct or ? You can edit your personal settings under ( email, phone number , password, if you click on the solid white or blue arrow down icon . scroll to settings , click and on the left hand side of the page , you will have choices to edit , delete, and filter all you need to . Make sure you read what your changing and make sure you understand who's seeing your info also . Good luck !

!st if you don't use FB then go through and delete the FB app most phones have in the program files, then delete all your internet cookies, history and cache, shut phone off then start back up. You should be good to go, then stay away from FB because if you go back there then you'll get the messages again.

Firstly, that person should go to the Facebook privacy settings and delete your phone number so you can add it then to your account.

Reset phone to factory settings. The games connected to fb will save the data ones that save directly to phone nowhere else you will habe to start over. But it will work then....at least it shpuld. If that dosent work its a software malfuntion.

Fixing your problem will depend on the details. If you are saying that you deleted a FB App from a phone or tablet, say, then you'll just need to go the the apps store and download it again - it's free on pretty much any platform. You'll likely have to log back in again once the app is re-installed.

If you're using FB on a computer browser, they you should be fine to just go back there and log in again.

If you're saying you actually deleted / cancelled your actual FB account., it should be very difficult to do that accidentally. From FB posts such as this
https://www.facebook.com/help/224562897555674 FB goes over the difference between deactivating and deleting an account, and pretty much makes you explicitly petition them to delete the account.

If you didn't do that, you account is likely just fine. Check it with a PC, and, I'd imagine, start with sending FB a forgot-my-password request from the FB login, which will send a reset link to your e-mail. That, or FB will say 'no account associated with that e-mail.' If that's the case, you're pretty much out of luck.

depending on your phone Log out of facebook on your phone or unintall it. Use a computer to delete your mobile data from your notifications. FB instructions are 1. click on the lock in upper right hand corner(next to logout arrow) 2. click on privacy settings and tools or at the bottom "see more privacy settings. 3.on left side of that window click on mobile. then click on remove by your mobile number. 4. go to notifications and click through which ones you want and don't want. Hope this helps.

On the Facebook website go to your setting tab. Under mobile then remove.

You can download Fb application in application store. Then sign in Fb on your mobile

hi dschutz1018 Let me tell you that fb has change a lot. One you need to delete fb oof your phone and then delete your mobile phone off of fb. Next you have to restall yout mobile on fb. YOU WILL NEED TO change the settings on fb. Next you need to change the settings on your phone.you will need the latest fbsoftware app on your phone.
