you have tried to enter a puk code too many times and the sim card is now useless, contact your phone service provider to obtain a new sim card, please tell them that your phone is giving you the message Puk blocked or similar, they may have a solution or you may have to get a new sim card.

  In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.

you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code. 

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code. 


if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
