heya !
Before you plug your phone to your PC install the Nokia PC suite from
here OR ovi from
here. It 's usefull to save the contacts datas and other things to your PC, or to synchronise PC and Phone.
1 . You need to have a USB/mini-USB Cable to do that.
you can find it
here for exemple.
2 . you have to plug the Mini-USB into your phone
here3 . the other part of the USB Cable go into your PC.
When you plug the phone to your PC you will have to choose the mode of conectivity you need to transfer datas :
-Nokia mode (it use the software Nokia PC suite OR ovi)
-UsB connect (it use windows explorer as an external disk)
-and an other mode that i haven't use yet.
*Voila :)
Bbye.

I have tried with latest Nokia PC Suite. Exact same problem. I can transfer images from my phone to PC, but I cannot transfer video clips from my phone to PC.
It shows video clips (on my memory card & phone) as empty. 0 bytes.
But on my phone I have 20 video clips which I can view on my phone
Using USB Cable
