oven baking dish or pot or slow cooker is another option with lots of water and vegies etc

Use tongs to remove oxtails to a plate, setting aside. 2 Saut? onions, carrots, celery: Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until onions are translucent. 3 Add oxtails, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, salt, stock, wine, then simmer: Add the oxtails back to the pan.
It could be a thermostat problem. If you have a standard dial type thermostat then this is more than likely the problem. if you have an electronic control then it could be a welded relay on the control board or bad oven sensor.
Bake it, frozen, at 350F. Keep an eye on it, let it cook until the juice comes out the holes in the top crust, cover the edges with foil if they're getting too brown.
It'll take close to an hour, stick with it and it'll be nice.
Don't thaw it before putting it in the oven, it'll make the crust gummy.
