2002 Jeep wrangler x. Hi my turn signals don't work.

nothing on dash means the whole IP cluster is dead.? (fuses)_
Fuses are first, repeat 3 times for effect.
front and rear turns dead or?
tell what does work all and does not,
telling just one thing bad, is not really usefull.
for sure power feed wise.
head lamps work and park?????? keyoff and on work.
horn works
brake lamps dead?
engine runs good.
I just sold my 2002 wrangler the last good real jeep it was, my bad selling it.
i have all jeep service manuals so easy to answer this 88 to 2010
on most cares I fix dead headlamps first it is hardwired to work at an any time and super simple if not DRL JUNK .

02 TJ jeeps (pure love)./
chapter 8w-52 'turns 'blinks, hazard]s
fuse 7 and 13 not blown
combo flasher not dead. 5 wires. and one pin is IGN, oops.
ign is fuse 13,oops, is it blown/
Hazards dead is same fuse and same InG fuse good.
IGN power comes form KEY switch page 8w-11
IGN switch wire BK-DG , 12vdc key on. if not fuse14 blown 20ams
and goes to the battery direct.
all fuses in the PDC must good, and now dead batteries
or its 4 cable logs ends, loose or rusty.
end.

fuse 10 and and F24 kills the cluster. and f15
fuse is 10 head lamps too and a CB breaker.
fuse 7 dead kills park /neutral switch ,

Turn signal & flashers stopped working on '95 geo tracker 2wd, 5 speed.

old post 95 tracker.
ALL four corners dead and dash (warn lamp dead) in cluster
do you hear i flash, click click????
first is fuses, but there are 2 .
http://www.fixkick.com/power-elect/95%20electrics/all-lamps95b.pdf

page 2 see that.
are the 2 blink/has fuses good. test good not just LOOK good
after all if a feed is shorted you will blow both. (tested)

the blinker module ,usually dont fail
its electronic and robust.
fuses good, then
the black wire ground cut or rusty a body
G200 it uses, and if bad usually kills the engine.
yellow-white must be 12vdc blinks on. key on
switch is bad. i bet this is ok
the relay green is OUTPUT
if the blinker has power it clicks
if it green wire flashes with test lamp the blinker module is good
if the output of the blinker switch is dead L and right
the switch is bad.
assumes both left and right sides not shorted. to ground.

Loss of power

stock car YJ ? , or all hacked up. (old cars get hacked)
2.5 or 4.0 liter engine? still have a real jeep alternator not upgraded?

loss of electrical power (first rule, we never need to guess.!!!)
not with a voltmeter. (tool that costs $20 )
alternator good (by what means, autozoned?) ( we can find out one car)
but low on gauge. what gauge in dash voltmeter.? sure...
i think you car has no charge lamp only the dash VM.

own an volt meter? a DMM? hand volt meter?

1: if the alternator charge lamp is stuck on driving.
2: is battery voltage at 13.3 to 15vdc with engine at 800 RPM idling
alternator belt not slipping, for sure.....???
if the battery voltage is near 12.5v and falling running that is
an Alternator system failure, note i said, system. !!!

this is first. if we get to here. we can find the real cause.
test 3:
is the charge lamp on keyon, and goes out running?
make sure the big fuse for the alternator in the engine bay fuse
box is not blown, 50amp?

I have no 95 FSM and my online source sucks for 95

Alternator dead: (alt good)
1: belt slipping . engine at 300rpm, nah.
2: fuse blown, the big one. (engine bay fuse box)
3: ;wrong alternator, there are many, most others will fail, even good ones.......
4: alternator ground bad. (end to end, to battery minus)
5: bad wiring to same. bad connections, any to battery or alt.
6: some jeeps the PCM has the field regulator, see link below.
ECU pin 20 , is field pin, it is on 95, 4.0L (engine not stated)

is the CEL lamp on, and throwing code 41 DTC?, alt, field errors?

the alt has 4 pins, battery, field, ground and voltage sense.
The reg is in the PCM. and if bad is a bad $3 transistor..
see same form for fix for that issue..

i think this is same as your. 1996 is big change year.
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f12/1993-wrangler-pcm-ecu-ecm-pin-out-diagram-1170004/

you can test the alt, PCM wire pulled !, by full fielding the alt.
grounding the field term, no wires on field pin of alt.
see FSM for details on that.
The PCM modulates the field pin to control charge at all times.

Where is the PCM on a 95 GMC suburban 2500 454 w/AT and 4wd

The ECM or PCM is usually behind the glove box mounted to the firewall.
Did you check the fuses for the ECM ? Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key switch on ?

Engine will not turnover

If there is no power coming IN to the starter relay - the ignition module has failed.
Replace the Ignition.

1999 Jeep Wrangler 4cyl W/AC, Blower quit, replaced blower motor, resistor, control panel, fuse and relay. Still nothing. Wires look good with no burnt connetions. I can not find a diagram to map the fuse...

Run a new wire to the motor from the switch this will do 2 things for you. It will tell you if your switch is still good, and if it works you just fixed your problem.

Control guages not working

1) Check large fuses and relays in the box near your battery in engine compartment.
2) Jiggle the shifter repeatedly - the shifter and brack interlock switch is notorious for getting worn out and causing problems like this (happens to me evry 3-6 months)
3) Ignition switch cable assembly may be loose, or ignition switch may need to be replaced (let dealer figure this out).
