Hi daveihde,

Can you please elaborate , what you meant by freaked out?

This is to confirm whether the device is actually playing the sawtooth waveform in a way that is abnormal or it's normal for this model to play sawtooth waveform sounds in that manner.

Please compare it with an identical device and then find out the difference , sometimes a good servicing , a cleaning of the circuit will help you out to solve the problem, in addition to system reset.

Hope this helps ..:)

In my gr 33 the volume is very low. mistakenly i did a factory reset after that the volume is becomes very very low. Any solution for this problem?

There is probably both a global volume and individual program violume as well. One or both may have reset to a lower level and need to be turned up. It's also possible that the general output has a setting for line level or instrument level, which may be software controlled. Take a look through your manual to find these settings and adjust to suit.If all else fails, contact Roland Customer Service at this link for help.

I my gr 20 is only picking up e a d g b and not the last string ,is there any way i can test it to find the fault please thnk you

If you want help from Roland you will have to register:http://www.rolandus.com/backstage/login.php That will get you access to full support and their email address. I think you are having problems with your GK-3 pickup. Make sure your string that you are having problems with is the optimal height etc. The adjustment for the GR-20 is in the manual at this link:http://www.roland.co.uk/assets/media/pdf/GR_20_Q_A.pdf Make sure your pickup is installed correctly and adjusted properly first. The manual is here:http://lib.roland.co.jp/support/en/manuals/res/1811530/GK-3_e11.pdf If you have everything adjusted and only one string is not working then I would guess you have a cable problem and the best thing is to contact Roland for advice. I didn't walk you through the adjustment because every installation for every guitar is different. Hope this helps.

Mode/Time Settings?

While in the record mode, try pressing the menu button (volume) to get to the SYSTEM MENU. Then in the "To System Menu or Next" columns roll down until you find the record mode and press the button to change the mode.

Usually when the recording is started it takes around 10 to 15 seconds for the camera to recognise and display the duration of remaining tape, if you feel there is a problem, try using different brand tape.
