This is nothing to do with FIXYA dot com, so there is no need to rant at us. We are a peer to peer self help group and presumably you found us via Google. We are NOT Slotomania Support.

The easy way is to cancel your account, but I bet they don't make that easy either.

First, go log into your Netflix account on your computer simply by visiting the Netflix website: Netflix Watch TV Shows Online Watch Movies Online

Then, click on the profile icon on the upper right side of the screen:



next, click on "Your Account"



Then, click on "Update Payment Method" on the right center of the screen:



Finally, change you payment method selecting between "PayPal" or "Credit Card".

Show all Console steps: Add or change a payment option

1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to My Xbox, and then select your avatar.
3. Go to Account Management, and then select Manage Account.

5. Select Change Payment Options.
6. Do one of the following:

this cannot be done on the web or console as you cannot remove your default card unless you phone xbox on 0800 469 9269

I have not resolved the problem I just don't own a credic card or debit card or a checking acct- so I can't pay for your services- thanks just the same.
