On your amp, there should be a switch (on the side probably) that has "LP", "HP", and "FULL" or "OFF". This is a switch for the low pass/high pass filter. Switch it to "LP" as this will allow only low frequencies to go to your subs, what you want. If you don't have that switch, go to an audio store or online audio supplier and get either a low pass filter, band pass filter, or a cross-over, and follow the wiring diagram that comes with it to filter out the high frequencies before they get to your subs.

What's the best way to hook up PA3000DB to a Kicker 15' CVR to get the most bass possible....

Honestly, if you have to ask, you should have a pro do it for you.
The few bucks you spend on installation may save a lot of money in burned out woofers and amps and wires etc.etc.

How do you hook up two bamf 4000watt amps together with one bass knob. the subs im hooking up to are the new mofos from power acoustik.

A really "ghetto" way would be to take a splitter for a phone jack and have the two cables for the bass knobs run into it and then plug it into one of the bass knobs. There are other ways like splicing wires (time consuming and frustrating and not easy) or buying a converter which would be doing the same thing just a lot prettier. I like cheap and easy which would be to spend a few bucks on a splitter.

Makes head lights dim wen bass hits.

You need to install someting called a power cap. the amp needs so much power to produce the big bass thump that the alternator cant keep up. Use a powercap and its like a power reserve.

Lt960-4 power acoustik Amp 4 channels mono

it can be used as a bass amp. if each pair of channels is bridged then you will basically have a 2 channel amp. just be sure to set the x-over's to lpf for subwoofers. I checked the power ratings, and bridged at a 4 ohm load will give you 250 rms watts per sub, so thats enough to run most 10's or 12's. there wasnt a rating for a 2 ohm load, but your amp should support it.

Power Acoustik TS620-2 Amplifier

Check the wiring at the speakers themselves. It's possible that while you were moving the box one of the speaker wires came loose and shorted against the other terminal. A shorted speaker wire or damaged speaker will cause the amplifier to go into protect mode. If you have a digital multimeter with a resistance feature, you can test the resistance between the positive and negative terminals for each speaker.
