I have gx 620 sat all summer trys to start but wont run

This problem is usually caused by a failure on the motherboard. It is repairable if you can solder. The repair involves replacing 5 small parts. The capacitors should be flat on top, any bulging indicates failure.

SOURCE: i have just upgraded the cpu of my dell gx 620 every thing is running very well but its fan starts running very fast when i used to play games since ive upgraded it how can i get rid of the freaking

you might need to upgrade your power supply unit with more wattage
possibly a heavy duty one any extra devices added to a computer will add more strain on the psu
