Replace screen or tablet.

Without a model number, there are a few ways. One is to press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds and see if it resets. You can also look for a very small hole need the power connector. If you have that, get a paperclip or similar sized firm pin and press it into the hole and hold for about 5 seconds, then remove. That will reset the device.
