TV worked fine for 1 year * When we watched high definition movies or channels the TV would make a loud sign and turn off. We watched non HD channels for 6 months. * 3 months ago TV made load noise and shut down. Starting turning off and on by itself. Bought new power board. TV worked for 1 month but still could not play HD channels. Capacitors look good. * Yesterday I asked my wife if the TV was working fine. That day made a loud noise and turned off (sounded like a siren). When you now turn it on TV cycles on and off. Must unplug. * Capacitors look good (not blown). Do I replace the mother board, TConn Board, Whats the easy way to diagnose.
Hi, the motherboard could have been affected. Since you have ever replaced the power supply, its better you get a new motherboard.
