We have a Samsung LED TV 65 un65f6350af. The bottom half of the screen is dimmer than the top and there is an intermittent flicker on the bottom half as well. Top half looks perfectly normal.

I have disabled all ECO controls, but no change.

Did you get this issue resolved as I am having the exact same issue with the same TV. Replace the power board and still no resolve.

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

That may be a bad T-CON board, but more likely it's a fault in the LCD panel itself. Check whether it's under warranty before doing anything else.

The cables could either be loose or need to be replaced for your TV or the connection ports are broken. The LED lights or the T conn board could be causing the TV screen to flicker.

It's the motherboard in the tv, you Will have to get it replaced, if you have warranty still, then you'll be fine if not $165-$185 for replacement, (your Samsung warranty will cover this). This is exactly what happened to me

It sounds like it was dropped or banged hard. I would suggest just replacing it.
