The simple answer is No, you can't contact Facebook about a personal account question. I know, I've tried.
Facebook responds and says to one question of many that they're human, and with 4 Billion FB customers, there's just no way even on of 5300 people working at facebook can handle the volume of requests. I've included a link that tells us that; and below that link are password recovery options. Usually, FB has the ability to recognize *any* of the passwords you've used in the past for recovery. I think this works until you mark that someone hacked your account; then naturally, you'd lose all past password history.

Sometimes, Facebook security code via email is not delivered directly to your inbox. Most likely to go to the spam section.
