Oddly, the user manual does not list an error code e6. Rather, it stops at error code e5. Sinotec is a South African company and its home webpage mentions service centers there. I find no online reference to this particular error code for this brand. Although one might post a query about such to the following site, I am not sure you would get a reply: https://removeandreplace.com/2015/05/05/washing-machine-error-codes-front-and-top-load/
Rather, you might query the Sinotec contact: https://www.sinoprima.co.za/get-in-touch/
The following FAQ page would seem to put you in contact with a repair center which might offer an explanation: https://www.sinoprima.co.za/faq/
I simply do not find this code explained elsewhere.
The E6 error indicates that the clutch is malfunctioning. This usually occurs because a foreign object is lodged between the pulsator and the tub/drum. Take all items out, and check the seam between the tub/drum and the pulsator for objects such as zippers, coins etc.. Take them out with pliers
