I have a Samsung TV model UN50H6350AFXZA which has sound but no picture. Backlights work. Replaced t-con board with new one, but not fixed. What next?

The T-con board is for the led backlights!

Are the backlights working? Sounds like yes even before changing the T-con board!

Did you do the flashlight test into the screen to see if there is a faint picture? I guess if you did you didn't see a picture!

This would point to the main board or the cable from the main board to the screen!

* Okay, to answer your specific question. Unless your Electronically handy and got this TV for free then no, It's not worth it. Parts and labor will cost you if your not doing it yourself. This brand (or model) seems to have a lot of problems. (I can tell by the number of DIY repair vids on this brand. I'm mean LOTs of vids!)
* If the warranty is still good then have them service it.

It will be just one of the many strips that has failed.
i can't remember but think there are either 10 or 12 on that model.

Perform flashlight test and write back with the results.

did you change power supply? how many times does light flash (red) you didnt change the power supply did you use a vom on connections?

I would suggest to check the flex cable that connects the main board and the T-con board and make sure is connected properly on both ends.

If you saw no faint picture with the flashlight, then it's the T-con board.

Hello Check the capacitors, if they are swollen on top, replace them

The symptoms you described would indicate the backlights are not working.

The 2 main reasons are the backlight inverter board has gone or the backlights have blown!

Since you have replaced the inverter board with a new working one then this would point towards the LED backlights.
