I have a Sony KDL46XBR3 TV manufactured in Oct. 2006. It has power, but no picture or sound. Don't see any red light on front side. So, what part or parts may be the problem?

The TV is 10 years old. Say "thank you" and recycle it. A new TV with better resolution is a better bet than trying to fix your old one.

Sony Model KV32HV600 No picture, no sound--red light flash on front of TV-tried disconnecting the power cord. works sometimes-usualy does not.

The red light on your unit is flashing b/c it is informing you that your unit is in need for a repair/replacement part. perhaps one of your boards are about to go completely out. Contact your manufacturer for warranty replacement or referral to local repairman.
