Why is there ice forming in the bottom of my frost free freezer?
The drain has most likely frozen over. It is at the bottom behind the back panel inside the freezer. You will need to remove all of the ice and run hot water down the drain until it is clear.
Went to get something out of the freezer this morning around 10am and notice that there was some items inside that was not frozen and water underneath the freezer door. Found out by my son that he had opened the freezer around 2am and had thought that he closed the door all the way. Now the temperature alarm light is on. What should I do?
