If you use an antenna to get your signals...yes. If you have cable or satellite service....NO. None of your TV's have the new ATSC digital receivers, but cable or satellite don't need this.

Your digital converter box probably does not have an analog pass through that allows the old analog channels to go through to the tv's analog tuner.

There is a setting I think might be causing this. My mom had this
and we went into the menu and details there is a spot in there that
says 2 hour, 4 hour shut down and we turned it to off. Just a thought. Hope it works.
