Follow
the steps below to make fine adjustments to the color hue for the
printed output. These settings will only make minor color adjustments.
If more drastic color adjustment is necessary, use an image editing
application.
Note: If you are in 'Classic' view, Click 'Printers' directly from the 'Control Panel'.

and remove the power cord from the back of the unit. Leave the printer powered off for at least 30 seconds.

Press & hold the power button > unplug the power cable from the back of the printer while holding the button for 30 seconds > plug the cable back then release the button.

Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions:
1) Press Red Eye Removal & Print Photos button simultaneously
2)Enter Special Key Combo is displayed on the screen.
Press and release in sequence "Red Eye Removal", "Print Photos", "Red Eye Removal"
Display should say "Support" and display the FW rev XXXXX.
3) Press Right Arrow button untill "Reset Menu" is displayed. Press OK.
4) Press Right arrow untill "Semifull Reset" is displayed.
5) Press OK.

I have to much red in the faces some green streaks. I just installed a new print head and auto alinged the print head just like instructions said. And every time I print the pics are miscolored can you help me?
