My Russell Hobbs Hand Blender not working. It smells of burning, I suspect the fuse is burned. How do I removed the cover; there are no screw? Any help will be appreciated

Edited to Add;

The OP changed it from Hand Mixer to Hand Blender, so my information below only applies to a MIXER. She needs a new Stick Blender, you can't repair them.

No fuse in those, but there maybe a thermal fuse. If you smell burning, it will be the motor windings overheating.

Screws are probably hidden beneath the little rubber pads for setting it down when the beaters aren't in it. Having said that. many newer devices just have locking tabs. You need to use a 'spudger' and find the right place to press and twist. Often with Mixers, the carbon brushes to the motor stick, so a sharp tap will often get them running again.

Why can't my kitchen aid mixer turn n

Sounds like the worm gear was stripped. This gear is designed to fail when the load on the motor is too great. This protects the motor from overheating and burning out. By the way, the mixer should not be used above the number 2 speed when using the dough hook.

The worm gear is not all that hard to replace although you will have to contend with a lot of grease. See the Service Manual:

Motor turns but beater is not turning

The gear system contains a ceramic gear that is designed to break if if the gears are over stressed. This is to prevent the motor from burning out. Think of it as a mechanical fuse.

I would say you were kneading dough and broke the gear.

Don't stress, take it to a appliance repair shop and it can be easily fixed.

I have a Pmp5000 889406987784 Eurowpower PMP5000 1200-Watt 20-Channel Mixer and Speaker Output A has no output. What has happened?

Usual problem is the Channel A amplifier has burned and blown the switching transistors. Usually an internal board arc occurs and unless very skilled at board work of clearing the burned area and replacing the components you are better to replace the HCA2400 amplifier module... about $160

MUM 6622 Motor Has voltage to it but will not run!

I have the same problem after running for a while, turning off then back on. It will not start. I found the heat sink fuse in the motor was burning out. When the motor gets hot then turned off, no fan and the heat build up enough to melt the heat fuse. It would be an easy replacement if I could find where to get them. To find it on the motor, look at the wire going from one corner of the motor to another, but looks like it goes into the motor in between. Pull on that going into the motor to lift the heat fuse out.
