Go to Settings menu->Scroll to Applications->Manage applications->Open All tab->Scroll down an find Google Play store->Click Open play store->Clear data, clear cache and uninstall updates.
I would recommend following the steps in the below link. It has detail information on how to fix this issue. Mine was same as you and it fixed. Though I lost a few apps and contacts. But did have a back up in my SD card and re installed them. Watch out and test your phone when installing the apps one by one and you could narrow down the culprit.
hard reset it go to youtube type make and model of your tablet type hard reset then it should with few videos to hard reset follow the video and it should work
Go into Settings/Applications/All and find Google Services Framework and clear the cache (if any) and clear data.
Disable DRM Protected Content Storage and Media Storage in your Apps list.
Or if either of those fails, uninstall latest update [until you get to the latest properly working update] or factory reset
