Brunette remote will not Turn to the Internet

Reset the remote by removal and reinstallation of the batteries. Make sure the batteries are good. Follow the setup guide for the remote.

If it is an All in One, Universal Remote, you can't. If it is a Smart TV, it needs the original remote or a facsimile remote which is a true copy of the original.

Assuming it's a smart tv, you have to first setup your tv to connect to you home internet. Turn tv on, Press home button on your remote and will show you all the apps that are on your tv.

Some Smart TV remotes require you to use the keypad to spell out letters, just like on phones. Pressing the "2" button once gives you "A", twice gives you "B", three times gives you "C", pressing the "3" button once gives you "D" and so on. See if that works. If not, you need to connect a keyboard to your Smart TV to enter the information.

My digihome tv has just started this error today too. Was fine yesterday watching iplayer etc. Now can't get the smart Dundon to work at all. But... YouTube and Netflix still work (dedicated buttons on remote). Guessing it's to do with software. Have you tried searching for software upgrade?
