If you have power going to it and lights etc. then its probably just need the battery replacing, refer to your manual about replacing them, its normally a very easy job on most models, make sure before you start though that you have disconnected the power.

Maybe an idea to take the batteries out anyway before you order them, put a meter across and see the voltage, if they are 12v then you should be looking for over 12.5v if its under 8 then they are most definably shot

My eaton 5110 was activated when our local power went down. Now, when turning it back on it beeps constantly, every 1/2 second, even with nothing plugged into it.

learn that when you have black out.
the batteries TAKE OVER< and are huge stress on any battery like this,, and when the lights (AC power) turned the UPS tries to charge said batteries and are now bad.
time for new batteries, or let it beep for 24hours and hope the batteries can recover.
the manual tells you how to see if the batteries are bad and with errorcodes, on all UPS made. RTM read the manual first.
no 2 UPS are the same , unless are.
the first is battery voltage under charge, if too low that means
a cell in 1 battery is shorted. as the LOVE TO DO.

My eaton powerware 5110 completely dead

Replace the batteries. A lot of the smaller UPS systems won't start or restart if the batteries are bad.

Ups 6 KVA power ware 9120 indicate the problem of (charger failure) ,please provide circiut diagrame of relevant UPS or help to point out the particulare section of circuit with component numbers in...

Here is the 9120 documentation page but Eaton generally does not publish circuit diagrams for smaller UPSs like this. Some people may be technical enough to take a UPS apart but most aren't and it can be very dangerous. I suggest you contact the Eaton hardware support forum.
