Try forgot password, if you have already tried it then check if you received an email from Adobe in your email account.

- If it is not there in Inbox, then check in the Junk email
- in case if it still does not work then close all the browser
- Go to www.Adobe.com and check if you signed in there
- If yes, then sign out and sign in again and try to verify the email again

In what aspect are you referring to? A simple verification is usually just going into the email address you provided, opening up the verification link they sent to you and it should verify it immediately for whatever service.

first uninstall adobe reader 9 and then adobe reader 8. After that re-install adobe reader 9.
