There are watch glass available from a watch maker / jeweler but you will have to present the watch to get a fit

Go to the shop or in the store where the watch bought, or in any center where you can find a watch similar to your girlfriend, im sure there's a service they offer for any watch they sell.
There's a possibility that they can fix again the broken glass or replace a new glass for it, they maybe have the same description and model to be replaced for that..
Getting a glass shouldn't be a problem, but as it sounds as though you intend to fix it yourself, then please be aware of the following.
It is essential to get the correct size glass - even 0.5mm difference in the diameter means either it won't fit or it's too small and falls out again. As you say that the glass is broken, I would be surprised if you could remove it and still determine the correct diameter.
You need to think not only about how to remove the broken glass, but also about how you are going to fix the replacement one. Many watches have a very fine plastic ring around the glass that holds it in place and this may have also been damaged.
Also, with many watches it's necessary to remove the back, crown and movement to effectively replace the glass.
If your watch has any sort of water-resistance rating then it would need to be retested afterwards.
Bearing all this in mind, I strongly advise you to take your watch to a reputable watch repairer and let them sort it out.
If the glass is anything other than round, then the cost tends to go up. Get an estimate from them first, and decide if what they will charge you is reasonable - if it isn't then spend the money on a new watch.
Many areas have places you can take the watch and have the glass replaced if you google search watch fixers in your area and google map them you should be able to find one close by.
I cant inform about the exact size of the watch glass by the model or number of the case. For that you need to use micrometer to measure the thickness and diameter of glass. Most sommon thickness is 1mm. If the glass is broke, measure the thickness of any broken leftover and then the diameter by puting the calliper arms into watches groove for glass.
Broken glass can be replaced by watchmaker only. Find your nearest watch repair shop and ask to help. You can find plenty of watch repair shops in your area on internet. Just type in your browser: watch repairs in (your town, city, e.t.c.)
