Need to set clock back one hour - Frigidaire Microwave Ovens

For the Galanz 1.2 cu. ft. ToastWave, GTWHG12BKSA10, you need to press and hold the Clock/Timer pad for 3+ seconds. If needed, press again to switch between 12 and 24 hour clock options. Then rotate the dial until the correct hour is displayed. Press one of the following: the dial, Start or Clock/Timer to save the current hour. Rotate the dial to set the current minutes. Again, press the dial, Start or Clock/Timer to save the current minutes. To exit the clock setting mode, press Stop/Cancel.

The clock is a 12-hour (12:00-11:59) or 24-hour (0:00-23:59) clock. Touch OPTIONS/CLOCK to reach clock submenu, and follow the prompts to set the clock. Clock format (12 hours with AM and PM, 12 hours without AM

1) Press the "Stop" button on the microwave to reset the digital display to the clock setting.

2) Push the "Clock" button once. Locate the "Hour" button and press it once for each hour of time. For example, if the current time is 5:15 p.m., press the Hour button five times.

3 )Press the "Minute" button to set the second half of the time. For the example above, you would press the Minute button 15 times to set a time of 5:15 p.m.

4)Push the Clock button to save the time setting. Check the time on the microwave's digital display.

You can set the clock to a 12 or 24 hour system.
For 12 hour - Touch clock pad once Enter the time using the number digits (1:00-12:59) Touch clock pad again
For 24 hour - Touch clock pad twice Enter the time using the number digits (0:00-23:59) Touch clock pad again

According to the manual:
Press "Clock" pad once to set clock for 12 hour time clock
and
Press "Clock" pad twice to set the time for Military time.

I'm not sure what you mean by "goes to" military time.
Is that after you've already set it for a 12 hour time clock?

SETTING THE CLOCK
When the oven is first plugged in, the display will flash ":0" and a tone will sound. If the AC power ever goes off, the display shows ":0" when the power comes back on.

1. Touch CLOCK pad.
This is a 12 hour clock system.

2. Touch CLOCK pad once more.
This is a 24hour clock system.
NOTE: This oven has multiple clock system. If you want 12 hour clock system, omit this step.

3. Enter the correct time of day by touching the numbers in sequence.

4. Touch CLOCK pad.
The display stops blinking, and the colon start blinking. If you selected 12 hour clock system, this digital clock allows you to set from 1:00 to 12:59. If you selected 24 hour clock system, this digital clock allows you to set from 0:00 to 23:59.

5. Touch STOP/CLEAR pad.

NOTE: If you attempt to enter an incorrect time, the time will not be set and a error signal tone will sound. Touch the CLOCK pad and re-enter the time.

normally you look for the clock ot watch icon. Pressing it once will give you the option for 24 hours setting. Press it twice and it will give you the opportunity to set to 12 hours setting. Using the no. keypad, punch in the time and then repress the clock icon again.

Check the control setup chart on the same page in the middle column.

Press CONTROL SETUP > 3 > 2.

Hi try unplugging form mains for an hour this will reset any settings back to factory settings let me know what happens after doing this then i can assist you further ok

If your keys do not work at all, you probably have a bad keypad, in which case I'd ask you to reply back. In the meantime:

SETTING THE CLOCK

When the microwave oven is plugged into an outlet,
the oven will display " 0:00 "

1. Press the CLOCK button; the hour digit will blink
and the clock indicator will light.

2. Press the number keys to set current hour.

3. Press the number keys to set current minute.

4. Press AM/PM to choose AM or PM.

5. Press the CLOCK button again; the display will
show the present time. After the clock has been set,
the time will appear with blinking colon, unless
the oven is cooking or defrosting.
