My Kipor KDE16STA3 shows p03 error after 15 min runing and shuts down after 3 sec.The voltage drops to 30,40 whta's happening?

Usually when errors come up, you can reference the product manual to find out the specific meaning of your error. So, please do this first. If you don't have the manual, please call the manufacturer of your product (ie Kipor) in order to gain information of the meaning. In the mean time, I would advise to shut down the generator or at least use a air volatility detector until you determine the meaning of the error.

it almost sounds like the temperature sensor is in the wrong place. that or the flow is inadequate for the heater to run. if you have a sand filter, put it on 'whirlpool' or 'recirculate' and try to run the heater.

I would try disconnecting the oil pressure sensor temporarily to isolate that circuit as the possible cause of it shutting down.

Check voltage at the power board. After 120 volts enter the TV, there is fuse then a small high voltage transformer, then a 100 uf rated at 450 volts capacitor. There should be 390 volts DC at the capacitor. Without this 390 volts the TV will shut down.

Set has a poltergeist in its main board where you have the setting electronics. Prices have dropped to such a point on this size set that it is simply not worth a repair.

There is no way to adjust voltage on just one phase. I would check voltage sensing leads and check to see if there is a way to calibrate. Otherwise it sounds like a logic problem.
