Wiggle the key up and down while turning it to the off position. It may help to rapidly wiggle the stirring wheel back and forth. this happened on my mom's Saturn. I ended up having to replace the ignition.
Easy to dismantel more diffucult to built it back. Thanks to pictures, you can manage to build it back.
This pictures are useful because when you will dismantel the duax, the springs will spring without you had noticed the position of parts.
Does it do this on all inputs? I had a problem like this, turned out to be a defective LVDS(cable from the main board to the t-con board)cable. To see if you have this same problem, wiggle the LVDS cable at both the main board side and t-con board side. If wiggling the cables clears up the problem, your cable is bad. They can be ordered for about $15
A bad groun will make that happen..While the lights are flashing wiggle the wires on the sockets where you installed the bulbs. Both the front and the rear..Also look for any other grounds coming off the harness
Most likely a bad multifunction switch (turn signal switch), try wiggling the turn signal lever while it is turned to the left and see ifit ever works. This is extremely common problem on fords, but not the only one, could also be a broken wire ,bad ground or a bad light socket.
Sometimes the ignition key does not "deactivate" when removing the key...try wiggling the washer behind where the key goes...sometimes this sticks...:)
This may have more then one bulb in the front or possibly a bad socket try wiggling the new bulb in the socket to see if it will work.Compare all turn signal lights that come on the passenger side to those drivers side. Some vehicles also incorporate sidemarker lights with the turn signals.
if the bonnets cable is not broken wiggle one corner of the bonnet and see if it will release the catch. You may have to push on the corner very hard rapidly even on both sides if one side does nbot work for you. I find that to work on most cars. The problem for most cars that the hood or bonnet adjusters are worn and bind the opening process
