I have a Konica C250 machine which cannot print red color at all. I had changed the toner and image unit but still cannot print red color. How can I solve this problem?

Recommended that you have a tech come out and look at it might have a bad LED assy. for the Magenta Image unit. All other color print OK? Can you print gradation test pattern for each color in service mode? Meter count, details, stop 00 stop 01 Test Output Gradation pattern select magenta. If you open the side cover after printing a document with the color magenta try to catch a print of paper do you see the color magenta on the transfer belt if yes the drum is ok could be the transfer belt magenta 1st transfer roller on the belt replace the belt assy.

• TC ratio in the developing machine, which is determined by Toner replenishing amount control mechanism, is 5 % or less for a given number of times consecutively.

Remedy

0 Open and then close the front door.
1 Perform image troubleshooting procedure if image density is low.
2 Clean the TCR Sensor window on the underside of the Imaging Unit if dirty.
3 M6, M7 operation check PWB-M CNDM2-10 to 13 (M6) PWB-M CNDM3-10 to 13 (M7) C-20 C-21.
4 Reinstall Imaging Unit.
5 Change Imaging Unit.
6 Change PWB-M.
7 Change PWB-MFP.

My konica minolta c250 is not ready but displaying warming up for a very long time and it did not ready still yet

Warming up means that the copier is not getting hot enough in fuser section, Secondly during that time certain internal house chores are done by the copier to prepare it for READY TO COPY. Are all the image units and toner cartridge OEM!!!??? second has each image unit and toner properly shaking ensure toner in toner cartridges and developer in the image units is spread evenly across each pull each out. shake side ways to ensure spread evenly, last time toner full was run nd gradation adjustments run ?

2 Change the image transfer belt unit if the transfer belt is damaged.
3 Change the PH unit.
4 Change PRCB.

Color background, and then C255X error code (x depends of the color imaging unit)

Those codes are related to an abnormal toner to carrier ratio. If you are getting multiple errors that could be a control board failure. I will consult Konica Minolta Solutions and post futher as the information becomes available.
