Get some engine starting fluid and spray a small amount in the air intake. If that doesn't work take out the spark plug and see if it sparks when you pull the cord and make sure it is not fouled. If it is wet with fuel dry out the plug and pull the cord a few times to clear the cylinder. Fresh premium fuel always works best on temperamental engines.

Those are usually wet clutches. Just look for a filler plug. Better yet, your local bike shop will tell you exactly what will be needed (and they would be glad to sell you the correct oil too!)
SOURCE: no spark
there are 2 wires that go to the kill switch. bare them both and put a jumper between the 2 to insure insure its not a switch falure. if you get spark, get a new switch or continue with the jumper. be sure to keep the bare wires from touching metal or youll just ground it out again and it wont start

That problem has happened to me to and i just ajusted the needle on the side becuase it was too rich or the breather on the gas tank sometimes that gets fratured and the gas fumes cant get out right
