This is surely an error code generated by TV computer and your only way to see what it is is get the maintenance manual (maybe from the TVs website). Probably not worth fixing if you need to take it to the shop. I just bought a 40" LED TV for $199 and the minimum diagnostic is often quite high. Worse, the repairs are getting much more expensive due to manufactures not wanting to stock small repair parts. So even if it is a small cheap part broke, they only can replace large expensive modules (if at all).
