When I make a Duplex copying,it is copied at the wrong position only on the front side.

With a Simplex copying, it is copied at the right position. But when I make a Duplex copying,it is copied at the wrong position only on the front side. The back side is copied at the right position. The Front side is copied at 2.5mm upper direction. This problem occurs with a Duplex printing, too. I executed the SIM 50-28, but I was not able to adjust it. Which SIM-Code do I have to execute? Please tell me.

SOURCE: Upper feeder tray copies work fine, main feeder does not print, makes odd noise

Found the answer.
Problem:
Wide blank area on Lead Edge, or Misregistration possibly accompanied by noise. The noise may be described as a clicking, buzzing noise while making copies. The noise may stop for short periods while making copies. Cause:
The registration Sol. pawl is not capturing the clutch to keep it from turning. This is caused by the Registration Sol. return spring being out of position, or when installing the Main Drive Assy., the pawl is "trapped" in the actuated position. Solution: Free the Spring, by rotating it. Ensure that the Pawl moves freely in and out, and engages with the clutch.

SOURCE: Colored lines are printing on the printed copies.

When this happens, you need to clean the scanning area. When you lift the top cover, you will see a green clip on the right hand side (of the actual cover) and you clean the scanning section on the left hand side on both the bottom of the cover and on the base where you would put your original copies.

Then open where you put the toners in, and pull out on the green rods a few times each, and this will help clear the grid.

How do you make two-sided copies?

Afraid this is a "Simplex" machine. To make duplex copies you will have to put paper back in cassette to copy onto second side, and then turn original over on glass or into doc feeder.

How to make duplex copies from toshiba e-studio202L

I am going to assume you have a document feeder (ADF) on the copier.
Insert originals into document feeder and press the 1-1 simplex button on the LCD screen. If have single page documents that you want to turn into double sided documents then select 1 - 2 button. If you have double sided originals already and want to make double sided copies then select 2 - 2 button. Then hit the green copy start key...done.

Cancel double sided copying

Slide the DUPLEX switch to the one sided mode on the ADF.

Also you should be able to set the single and dula sided mode from your scanning application in the setup tab.

In the middle of the main screen (in copy mode) there is a big button called "simplex 1 to 1" or it may say "duplex". on the next screen you'll see different ways to do duplex copies. if you have a double sided original then select 2 to 2 / if you have 2 single side originals then select 1 to 2. Place originals in the document feeder and press start

Konica minolta bizhub 501

The problem is that the default setting ing the copier has been set to all ways do two sided. Ckeck your user settings just go through all the screen and look for orginal doc. setting, it should be set for simplex or one sided. If it is not there you may have to call your service rep. and have them change the setting in service mode. Some of the older and newer copiers have a setting in service mode. It is most like in your user settings. Someone was Panic Botton Pushing & will not fess up....Good Luck
