How do I get my tool bar back in windows 10

Hello, I don't know what O.System you have in the computer,if you have Windows 10 can try Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, Firefox,
But if stil you wanna to use Internet Explore 11 you can go to Open Internet Explorer and in tools->Internet options, click Advanced tab and there you will see a Reset button, it the place that you are looking for.

I have included a link to some other good info on Spartan...or edge.

1. Select the ellipsis (...) on the address bar, in the upper right corner then Settings.
2. Under Open with, select A specific page or pages.
3. Choose one of the default options or select Custom to enter the URL of another page you'd like to see each time you open the browser.
4. To save, select the plus button.

IE 11 update works great with everything just click on help in your tools bar it should direct you to updates

Still, come on people, you're idiots, haven't you read 'red' that IE10 does not support Flash properly, you just clicked Download???
To fix this you might try to go to Tools-Manage add-ons-Then enable the Flash player if it's disabled.
If that does not help, you'll need to go back to Internet Explorer 9.
Just Uninstall IE10 but for safety install any other browser.

only IE 11 (if is MS class) works now, so .... what is yours that?
web sites now block older IE versions a fact.
I use firefox v56, so should you.

you have browser take over, infections (google bar is one)
its infected, for sure.
get Firefox v56 and run that, or newer.
there are 20 top browers and IE is not in the lest.
IE is dead now at MS. 100% dead. Edge is NOW .

if running XP or Vista and using IE you will get nothing but pain

if W7 ,get IE11 from ms and use that
in fact IE11 is required to do MS updates, or they fail

did you upgrade to w10 mid 2015 to 2016?

In most cases, you can disable the Bing Bar by opening Internet Explorer, then selecting View Toolbars, and deselecting Bing Bar.
Next, click TOOLS on the menu, then select Manage Add-Ons.
Once in there, you select Search Provider, then find Bing and, depending upon which version of Windows you are using, either right-click and Disable, or look at the bottom of the window and select Disable from the options.
Then, Close, and select View, Toolbars. If the Bing Bar is still entered there with a check mark next to it, deselect it.
Close IE, and when you reopen IE, Bing Bar will be gone.
If you want to get it back and have it working right, go to Microsoft.com/downloads, and look for the Internet software options, find Bing Bar, and download and install it.

Press the Alt key. This will bring back your Menu Bar. Go to View > Toolbars. Place checks in front of the Command Bar and any other Toolbar options you want to see. To prevent them from disappearing again, place a check in front of Lock the toolbars.

Go to menu>window and select tools if this doesnot work you may have embedded the tool bar some where inside photoshop so search you will find just try to deselect too bar from menu>windowand find
