You need to defrost the fridge side cooling coil behind rear panel on inside of fridge side.
Open with phillips screwdriver and use hot air blow dryer.
This will make fridge cold and water work.
But you will need to purchase new fridge to solve problem. No fix will ever make this work. System is complete garbage.
